Pre-Participation Physicals will be offered by the Coppell ISD Sports Medicine Program in conjunction with Old Town Family Practice on April 23, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. by appointment only. Physicals will be given at Coppell High School Main Gym (185 West Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019)

All learners competing in an UIL sanctioned sport must have a current Athletic Physical on file with the competing school's Head Coach or Athletic Trainer.

Physicals will not be accepted if they are dated before April 1, 2022.
