All student-athletes are required to turn in a pre-participation exam.
PPE must be
dated by a physician after April 1, of the current year and completed on the most current UIL form. In
addition, all student-athletes must complete the appropriate UIL and Coppell
ISD paperwork before practices or tryouts. To streamline athletic
