The CHS tennis team has advanced to the regional semifinals with back to back victories. On Friday the Cowboys took down Lake Highlands in the Area round with a 10-0 score and Monday night they defeated district rival Flower Mound 10-3 in the regional quarterfinals. Those victories bring their season record to 11-2 and a state ranking of #11. On Friday the Cowboys will face the winner of Southlake/San Angelo Central. If Southlake wins that match it will showcase the #10 & #11 ranked teams in the state. That match is tentatively set for 4:30 PM at Birdville High School.
