Coppell Tennis remained undefeated Friday with an 11-8 home win over Frisco Lebanon Trail at the Coppell High School Tennis Courts.
The Cowboys and Cowgirls trailed 4-3 after doubles, putting the pressure on the singles lineup to turn the match around.
Coppell responded by winning eight of the 12 singles matches. The girls took five of six singles lines, while the boys won three of six to secure the team victory.
Anna Hartley won 6-1, 6-2 in singles after teaming with Mihika Modi for a 6-3, 6-3 doubles victory. Modi added a 6-2, 6-1 singles win.
Varsha Sivaprasad won 6-1, 6-1 in singles, while Gloria Sun posted a 6-1, 6-0 victory. Sivaprasad and Sun also teamed for a 6-3, 6-4 doubles win.
The victory moved Coppell to 14-0 on the season.
