This past Friday and Saturday, the Varsity Red Team of Jack Patton, Charlie Sauer, Nicolas Brown, Brooks Head, and Sam Minteer teamed up with the Varsity Girls' Team to compete in the Southlake 4 Ball Tournament at Tangle Ridge Golf Club. The Cowboys finished in 3rd place as a combined team, shooting a two-day score of 567 (293, 274). Charlie Sauer and Riya Bapna led the Coppell Team, turning in a two-day score of 132 (68, 64) to finish in 2nd place. Jack Patton and Nethra Sheri also played well, finishing in 4th place with a two-day score of 135 (68, 67). Individually, Jack Patton finished in 2nd place in the Boys standings, shooting a two-day score of 139 (70, 69). Charlie Sauer also had a good tournament with a two-day score of 148 (77, 71) to finish in 9th place. The Varsity Red Team will compete next in the Fall Preview Tournament at Bear Creek Golf Club, West Course, on November 7 & 8.
