The cowboys were looking to end their long string of ties by beating the Lewisville Fighting Farmers. To start the game off, 10 minutes in, Junior forward Gareth Meza opens the scoreboard with a through ball in the air by Senior defender Ari Robichaeux controlling it with his left foot and turning and shooting with his right banging it past the goalkeeper. A few minutes later the farmers would respond with a goal of their own bringing the score to 1-1 to end the first half. Beginning the second half the farmers would score first putting them ahead once again making the score 2-1 in favor of the farmers. But not even 5 minutes after they scored sophomore forward Luis Mendez got a through ball from senior midfielder Ryder Brock which he then took past the defense and scored off of a 1v1 with the keeper, making the score level once again 2-2. In the 20th minute once again Senior Midfielder Ryder Brock played a ball into the box where Junior forward Luca Grosoli was able to put a head on it and put it into the back of the net putting the cowboys ahead 3-2. In the last 15 minutes the farmers were awarded a penalty which they unfortunately scored bringing the game to a draw 3-3 ending in the cowboys 6th tie of district.
