Terrific team basketball and great clock management lead Coppell girls basketball past Highland Park at Area, 54-41. An impressive team as all positions on the court worked to create a team defense that Highland Park could not handle. Defense turned to offense giving the cowgirls a nice run and good lead. During the fourth quarter, the cowgirls managed the clock with this lead to find the best shot and seal the game with free throws. Girls basketball historic season continues with the Area Round win.
