The Cowgirls started off slow but by the end of the first the Cowgirls were up 11-9 against the Lady Bobcats. With the help of 2 steals from Ella Spiller, the Cowgirls were able to extend their lead to 28-19. A timeout is called by the Cowgirls and they’re still up, 45-35 with 2:15 left in the third quarter. The Cowgirls were still up by the end of the third quarter, 52-36. The Cowgirls ended the game with a win! The final score is 63-48, Cowgirls. Landry Sherrer led the way with 24 point and Atia Medenica added 13 points and really helped the Cowgirls get a bigger lead right after halftime. Maddie Nguyen contributed 6 points and great defense throughout the whole game.
