Coppell girls started district play traveling to Plano West. The Cowgirls were hoping to avenge last season’s loss against Plano West. After a back and forth start to the game, the Cowgirls got on the board after a goal by freshman Neerali Kapadia, Claire Pafford with the assist. The Cowgirls battled for the rest of the game against the Plano West attack to preserve the game. The shutout was kept by great defensive play from Miranda Hickey, Monica Morales, Kayleigh St.Peter, Tatum Escobar and GK Veronika Orzoleck.
