Battling the weather, the Coppell Track teams competed in the 5-6A & 6-6A Area meet at Buddy Echols Field. The top four (4) finishers in each event move on to the Regional Meet April 23-24. Overall team standings the men’s varsity team finished tied for 5th place. The women’s varsity finished in 2nd place. Waverly Hassman set a new school record again in the 800m with a time of 2:09.50.
