The Coppell Cowgirls earned a hard-fought 37–26 victory over Hebron on Tuesday night, leaning on disciplined defense and timely scoring to secure the home win.

Coppell set the tone early with strong on-ball pressure and help defense, forcing Hebron into tough possessions throughout the game. The Cowgirls controlled the glass and limited second-chance opportunities, building and protecting a steady lead across all four quarters ?.

MVP honors went to Amber Coffey, who led Coppell with a game-high 12 points. Coffey’s scoring presence and composure on both ends helped stabilize the offense and create separation when the game tightened.

Offensively, Coppell showed patience, working for quality looks and capitalizing on key moments. The Cowgirls limited turnovers and shared the ball effectively, allowing multiple players to contribute within the flow of the game ?.

Defensively, Coppell was locked in from start to finish, recording numerous deflections and steals while holding Hebron to just 26 points. The Cowgirls’ defensive execution proved decisive as district play continues to intensify.
