Dec. 12, 2025 — The Coppell Cowgirls opened district play in strong fashion Friday night, earning a 44–31 road victory over Hebron in their first district game of the season.

Playing away from home, Coppell set the tone early and maintained control throughout, holding Hebron to 31 points while executing on both ends of the floor. The win marked Coppell’s first road victory at Hebron since January 28, 2022, snapping a short road drought against the Hawks.

With the win, Coppell improved its record to 12–6 overall and 1–0 in district play, a positive start as the Cowgirls begin the heart of their district schedule.

District road games are rarely easy, and the Cowgirls delivered a composed performance to secure the result.
