After a 2-1/2 hour lightning delay on Tuesday, we played our second playoff game against Lake Hilands. To start the first half, we came out strong. We were a little frantic but settled down after a little bit. With 15 minutes left in the half, Summer played a great ball to Neerali, and Neerali scored a fantastic goal! Overall, we dominated possession and had lots of goal-scoring opportunities. To start the second half, we had some excellent passing sequences. We played super hard this half and had some great opportunities, and we ended up tying 1-1 going into overtime. Logan crossed the ball to start overtime in the last 4 minutes, and Rachel had a beautiful game-winning goal! Overall, we played a phenomenal game and ended up winning 2-1!
