The Varsity Girls' Track & Field Team competed in the Area Meet at Braswell High School on Friday. The Varsity Girls finished the meet in 3rd place. The athletes competed unbelievably well, and many achieved personal records during the meet. The following individuals qualified for the Regional Meet this Friday and Saturday at UT-Arlington:

Ainsley Bramer - 3rd place - Discus - 127'2 (NEW SCHOOL RECORD)

Maddie Gross - 4th place - Shot Put - 38'2

Kennedy Paul - 3rd place - High Jump - 5'4

Emma Williams - 3rd place - Triple Jump - 37'11.50

Emma Williams - 2nd place - 200m - 24.36 (NEW SCHOOL RECORD)

Sophia Williams, Sedem Buatsi, Scarlet Corbaley, Emma Williams - 2nd place - 4x200 Relay - 1:39.61 (NEW SCHOOL RECORD)

Emma Williams, Brooke Felix, Izzy Sarmiento, Sophia Williams - 4th place - 4x400 Relay - 3:55.93
