Emery, Gabe, and Auttumn competed in the 11-dive events on Friday night. In an extremely close battle full of tension, Emery emerged victorious and claimed the District title for the girls event with 335 points. She hopes to beat her personal best and school record of 340 in two weeks when she takes on the Regional dive event, facing off again against Marcus High School's Sawyer Lee and Allen's Lia Ross for the State qualification spot.

Auttumn Ayakawa secured a 6th place finish, qualifying her for Regionals in her first year as a diver despite having just come back from injury, and Gabe Conley matched his best score to achieve a silver medal in the men's event. Coach Jon received the Coach of the Meet award at the conclusion, on account of the terrific scores from the Coppell Divers.
