The Varsity Boys Cross Country team competed in the 6A Region 1 Cross Country Championship in Lubbock Monday Oct 24. The boys ran incredibly well and finished 2nd as a team, which means that they have qualified for the State Cross Country Championship in Round Rock on Friday, Nov. 4. Region 1 is the toughest region in which to qualify, so this is quite the accomplishment for this group:
