Both the Coppell Cowboys and the Plano West Wolves started the game with back-to-back touchdowns. RB Blake Robbins led this drive with a 70-yard run on the first play of the game. Plano West then jumped to an early lead after the end of the first quarter 7 - 14. Coppell Cowboys came back with a series of plays led by a highlight run from WR Zack Darkoch and final touchdown by Blake Robbins capped off by QB Jack Fishpaw’s run for a 2pt Conversion, resulting in the Cowboys to lead the game 15 to 14. Within the final minute of the first half WR Baron Tipton scored a touchdown pass from Jack Fishpaw. During halftime, Hoco King and Queen were announced, where Siddharth Sivakumar and Lauren Beach - Wrestling & Lariette representatives - were introduced on the field. In the first drive of the 3rd quarter Braxton Myers intercepted a pass, which led to a touchdown by Blake Robbins. Plano West responded but as the 3rd waned Chandler Murphy recovered a fumble, which led to a big catch from Baron Tipton. As the 4th quarter began Blake Robbins scored yet another touchdown: his 4th of the game! The kickoff, which Zack Darkoch returned to the 50-yard line, resulting in a 40 yard touchdown. Coppell closed out by a field goal from K Nick Radicic. Final score 46 to 35 to move to 4-0 overall and 1-0 in district.
