A home run in the seventh inning helped Pearce battle to a 8-8 tie with Coppell on Saturday.

Coppell tallied three runs in the fourth inning. The big inning was thanks to a triple by Tate Hancock, a single by Will Boylan, and a groundout by Landry Fee.

The Cowboys tallied 14 hits on the day. Will Boylan, Sean McKelvey, and Walker Polk all managed multiple hits for Coppell. Boylan went 3-for-5 at the plate to lead Coppell in hits.
