COWBOYS GAIN VALUABLE EXPERIENCE, BREAKS SCHOOL RECORD AT THE TEXAS RELAYS.

Cowboys gain valuable experience, breaks school record at The Texas Relays.

This weekend the Cowboys headed to Austin to participate in the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. These relays usually brings in the best high school athletes from all over the country. The Cowboys carried with them, that "Cowboy Fight" that never dies and made us all proud. These experiences will serve them well as they continue on with an already incredible year on the track. Great Job Cowboys!

4x800m Relay-Vedant Bhattacharyya, Asheer Jiwani, Samuel Martinson, Nicolas Martinez, (Alternate: Andrew Mullen) finished 5th out of 18 teams with a time of 8:01.01. The time of 8:01.01 is a new school record. These young men broke a school record that has stood for 20 years. Great job Cowboys!

Matthew Maldima 18th out of 53 runners with a time of 10.92 in the 100m dash.

Michael Nance finishes 11th out of 15 jumpers with a jump of 14' 5.25" in the pole vault.

4x100m Relay- Malkam Wallace, Braden Axe, Juliano Syre, Mathew Maldima, (Alternates: Nathan Schrock, Nicolas Searight) finished 65 out of 77 teams with a time of 44. 05.
