The Coppell Wrestling Team competed this past weekend at the UIL state Championships at the Berry Center in Cypress, Texas.
When the event was finished, the squad left with 2 State Medalists.
Senior, Maria Husain won her second, consecutive, state medal with a 6th place finish.
Junior, Scout Carrel, won her first state medal with a 5th place finish.
Freshman, Piper Carrell competed at the event but did not place and Sophomore, Cam Girard, attended the event as the state alternate.
