Coppell Cowgirls Varsity Fights Back In Loss To Flower Mound Coppell Cowgirls Varsity's effort to come back from down six runs in the fifth inning came up just short, as they fell 6-4 to Flower Mound on Friday. Coppell Cowgirls Varsity scored three runs in the failed comeback on a double by ElleBelle Zimmerman and a single by Reagan Stange. Coppell Cowgirls Varsity lost despite out-hitting Flower Mound ten to six. Coppell Cowgirls Varsity tallied four runs in the sixth inning. The offensive onslaught by Coppell Cowgirls Varsity was led by Zimmerman and Stange, all driving in runs in the frame. Flower Mound scored three runs in the fourth inning. The big inning for Flower Mound came thanks to singles by #16 and #14. Katherine Miller led things off in the pitcher's circle for Coppell Cowgirls Varsity.
