Cowgirl Varsity soccer went 2-1 on the weekend with wins over Mansfield Lake Ridge and Southlake Carroll and their lone loss coming to co-host Grapevine. Cowgirls defeated Lake Ridge 4-1 and Southlake 7-2 before suffering their first defeat of the year to the Mustangs 2-1. Cowgirls open district play against Plano this Tuesday.
