Coming off a tough loss vs the reigning state champion Duncanville. The Cowgirls had a quick turnaround to prepare for Kennedale. Despite Kennadale's best efforts to press the Cowgirls into submission. Waverly Hassman and Jules Lamendola handled the pressure with ease finding open girls in transition. Last years MVP Chloe Hassman led the Cowgirls with 16 points and India Howard chipped in 14 points and controlled the glass to help secure a much needed win going into
