Happy Teacher Appreciation Night! The game started slow, with zero runs scored in the first 5 innings. Both teams’ defenses were very strong, but they couldn’t get any runs on the board. The game was tied at 0-0 until the top of the 6th inning when Marcus scored. The JV Cowgirls, unfortunately, could not come back to win the game.

L. Gay was in the circle for the cowgirls, allowing zero runs and striking out 3. The whole Cowgirl defense was very impressive, making great catches and plays all around!
