The Coppell Cowgirls won big over the North Lamar Pantherettes 8-2 on Friday. The Cowgirls captured the lead, 3-1, in the bottom of the second. An error scored two runs, and Claire Keith singled, scoring one run. Lily Bowen earned the win for Cowgirls. We gave up four hits and two runs over five innings, striking out seven and walking one. The Cowgirls tallied 13 hits in the game and stole 5 bases.

Lily Bowen, Cecilia Bourque, Nevaeh Carter, Emma Praytor, Claire Keith, and Madi Scott each collected two hits for the Cowgirls! Keith and Scott also drove in two runs each.

Despite the weather being in the 30s, the Coppell Cowgirls fought through with high energy and got the W!
