Coppell Girls Golf closed out its season at the UIL 6A State Tournament at TPC San Antonio, finishing 10th overall with a two-day total of 675 (+99).
The Cowgirls posted rounds of 337 (+49) and 338 (+50) while competing against the top teams in the state on one of the most challenging courses of the year.
Senior Riya Bapna led Coppell with a strong performance, finishing at 151 (+7) to place inside the top 10 individually. Bapna followed an opening round 76 with a 75 on day two, showing consistency and composure throughout the tournament.
Nethra Sheri added a two-round total of 168 (+24), while Isabella Nguyen finished at 180 (+36). Adira Navarathinam posted a 176 (+32), and Sabrina Tam rounded out the lineup with a 199 (+55).
The appearance at state marks another strong finish for the program, which captured a district championship and advanced through regionals to reach the final stage of the season.
For the senior class, the tournament closes out a decorated run that helped continue Coppell’s standard of excellence in girls golf.
