Today at Waxahachie Woodhouse Invitational, Coppell Cross Country kicked off their 2024 season at the Waxahachie Woodhouse Invitational meet. Despite the heat, the runners competed and left it all on the course.
Sophomore runner Maya Easterwood placed first in the girl's varsity race. She ran a personal PR of 17:10 in the 5K. Varsity girls placed fourth.
