The cowgirls golf team got off to a perfect start to their spring season by winning the Vanessa Close Tournament at Grapevine GC. Their two day score of 607 (302/305) was good for a 13 stroke victory over state wide competition! Alicia Bellendir took home 1st place with two 70's for 4 under par. Nethra Sheri tied for 4th, and Riya Bapna tied for 7th
The conditions were cold, wet and windy, not ideal golf weather. Very proud of the girls grit!
