The Cowgirls dominated the first day of play at the San Marcos tournament. They won all three matches handily with the highest opposing score being 16. Opponents and scores on the day: Hardin Jefferson: 25-12, 25-11 Mayde Creek: 25-16, 25-10 Pflugerville: 25-12, 25-13. Mira Klem led the offense that outscored opponents by at least 2:1 contributing 32 kills and 20 digs. Carolina Ufret added 75 assists.
The Cowgirls have Friday off for team building before they go back to play on Saturday.
