After the first day of the school year the Cowgirls traveled to play the Broncos on their home court. Coppell got off to a slow start loosing the first set 18-25. Coppell then edged out of the second set only winning by two. The Cowgirls fell to the Broncos in the next two sets. Boyd had a great block against our hitters and played good defense overall. Mira Klem led with 19 kills and 12 digs with Alena Truong contributing 7 kills/7 digs/2 blocks/ 2 aces.
