The Cowgirls rematch Hebron with an intense style of play ending in a narrow lose 1-2. The Cowgirls were ready for physical play but this game was absolutely brutal. The energy of the whole game kept building after each play the Cowgirls made. Hebron was able to put a goal in at first but then later, Sadie Ozymy scored with an assist from Reagan Roberson 2 feet in front of the goal. After that, the Cowgirls were on Hebron’s tail applying high pressure and had Neerali Kapadia making some speedy chances to cross the ball after a 1v1. Cowgirls defense with Hannah Rosson were strong and made smart tackles while also staying composed. All around the Cowgirls worked hard even to the last minute of the game despite the challenges.
