The Varsity Red Team of Rithvik Shroff, Max Scott, Sam Perkins, Rishab Shroff and Jacob Hahm placed 2nd in the Collegiate Preview Tournament at Castle Hills Country Club. On day 1 the team competed in the stroke play competitions and finished the day in 1st place with a team score of 302. Leading the team was Rithvik Shroff with a 73, Rishab Shroff with a 75, Max Scott shot a 76 and Jacob Hahm turned in a 78. On day 2 the team was paired with Denton Guyer who finished 2nd in the stroke play round. Day 2's format was a singles match play for the tournament championship. The Cowboys competed hard but came up short in their bid to win the tournament. Sam Perkins had an outstanding day in the match play round, beating his opponent 4 & 3.
