Coppell played their warmup match against the Lovejoy Leapords. Coppell came out strong against a very good Lovejoy team. The Cowgirls won the first set only by 2, Lovejoy came back from being down by 3 making Coppell really work for the win. The Cowgirls then won the next two games narrowly also. Sabina Frosk, the libero broke the single season record for digs in the history of the Coppell Highschool with the record being 769 digs and she has 770 digs. After not making it to the playoffs last year the Cowgirls are looking to win in Bi-District against Denton Guyer Nov. 1 at Lake Dallas!
