Despite the craftsmanship of the Cowgirls offense and defense, the Cowgirls fall to Katy Tompkins 20-25, 25-18, 23-25 in a tough 3 set match up to start the morning of Day 3 in the Gold Bracket. The Cowgirls bounced back to take care of business against San Marcos 25-9, 25-20. Then, closed out the Invitational with a hard-fought win over Klein Collins 25-21, 25-20 to win the Consolation Gold Bracket.
