The Varsity Boys Golf Teams competed in the Region I-6A Preview Tournament this past Friday and Saturday at Tangle Ridge Golf Club. The tournament field featured the best teams in Region I-6A.

The Varsity 1 Team of Rithvik Shroff, Alex Ahn, Max Scott, Kai Kohli and Granger Hassmann recorded their best team scores of the season shooting a 306 on day 1 and a 309 on day 2. The team finished in 7th place out of 20 teams. Rithvik Shroff led the team by shooting a score of 74 both days and finished in 12th place individually in a field of 96 golfers.

The Varsity 2 Team of Jai Patel, Ashmit Aggarwal, Jacob Hahm and Grant Kutz shot a team score of 339 on day 1 and 350 on day 2. The Varsity 2 team was led by freshman Ashmit Aggarwal who shot a score of 85 on day 1 and a personal best 76 on day 2.

The Varsity Teams will return to Tangle Ridge Golf Club on Friday and Saturday, March 25 and 26 to compete in the District 6-6A Preview Tournament as they prepare for the district tournament on the same course on March 28 and 29.
