Cowboys were able to come away with three points and a win over a very tough Hebron team Friday night. Cowboys found themselves in an early hole going down 1-0 on a free kick finish from Hebron. Alejandro Reyes was able to equalize it a few minutes late off a great finish from a Brandon Gast throw in. Cowboys would soon find themselves trailing 3-1 with a few minutes before half time. A few minutes before half time Preston Taylor played a great through ball to Brandon Gast who made an equally great play to make it 3-2. The second half would continue to be dramatic as a Hebron player was sent off for a red card and the cowboys were able to get two more goals to win the game. Both goals came from Brandon Gast who had a great left foot finish and then a goal off a corner kick with a minute left in the game to secure the victory. Cowboys now sit at a three way tie with Marcus and Plano for first place in District 6-6a. The Cowboys will rest up over the weekend before turning their sights to Lewisville Tuesday night!
