Coppell Cross Country continued to compete hard at this week’s meet, with strong individual performances and several teams finishing near the top of their respective divisions. The JV Boys finished 3rd, while the Elite Varsity Boys earned an impressive 2nd-place finish. The Elite Varsity Girls also had a strong showing, placing 7th overall. The JV Girls and Varsity Girls both finished 12th, while the Varsity Boys placed 13th.
Individually, several Cowboys and Cowgirls stood out with strong performances. In the JV Boys race, Ahan Kolthalkar finished 8th in 11:50, followed by Colten Karstendiek in 17th at 12:02. Abishek Suresh led the Varsity Boys with a 13th-place finish in 10:52.

The Elite Varsity Boys continued to show their strength as a team, led by Alesh Khowala, who finished 6th in 10:24, and Tanish Neelapu, who followed closely in 7th at 10:25. Vihaan Sahni placed 16th in 10:42, Marco Noyola finished 19th in 10:48, and Isaiah Assefa rounded out the group in 20th at 10:49. Their performances helped propel the Elite Varsity Boys to a 2nd-place team finish.
With another week of training ahead, the team will have an opportunity to build on this week’s performances, continue improving, and prepare for the next challenge. Every race provides valuable experience, and the team will be looking to carry this momentum into next week’s meet!
