Coppell Varsity Cowboys dominated Braswell with a 7–0 shutout on Friday, fueled by
strong pitching and timely hitting. Jackson Floren led the way on the mound, allowing no
runs over 6.1 innings with eight strikeouts, while Charles Meyer closed out the game.
Coppell jumped ahead early with a three-run first inning and extended the lead in the
third behind RBI hits from Suhoon Cho, Luis Perez, and Cason Broom. The Cowboys
totaled 10 hits, with Perez, Floren, and Aaron Malick each collecting two, and Perez
driving in a team-high two runs. The win showcased Coppell’s balanced performance as
they head into their next game against Dallas Jesuit
