Coppell Varsity Cowboys earned a strong 7–2 win over Braswell on Tuesday, taking
control with a three-run third inning sparked by RBI hits from Aaron Malick, Troy Hill,
and Mason Trichel. Zander Montgomery led the way on the mound, allowing just two
runs over four innings while striking out five, and Luis Perez closed it out for the save.
Coppell’s offense stayed consistent throughout, racking up 12 hits, with Malick driving in
two runs and Dillon Slaton, Suhoon Cho, Cade Slaton, and Malick each recording
multiple hits. The Cowboys also showed patience at the plate with six walks, helping
secure the win ahead of their rematch with Braswell on Friday.
