Colleyville scored first with a solo home run in the opening inning, but Coppell quickly answered
when Luis Perez hit a sacrifice fly to tie the game. In the second inning, the Cowboys took
control by scoring five runs, highlighted by a two-run double from Cain Frosk.
Coppell kept adding on in the third with big hits from Jackson Floren and Mason Trichel to
extend the lead.
Perez picked up the win on the mound, and the Cowboys backed him up with solid defense, not
committing a single error. Floren had two hits, and Trichel led the team with three RBIs, ending
the game with an amazing score of 12-3.
