Coppell Cowgirls return to Arlington for the Texanne Tussle Duals. With the explosion of growth in the program, Coppell entered two teams, some girls returning for the final time as seasoned senior wrestlers, others wrestling varsity for the first time ever. Results are as follows:

Notable wins were made by freshmen Gina Lee and Genesis Rivas Ortiz, with the majority of the team securing at least one pin in their varsity debut. This young group of mostly freshmen and JV finished 6th against varsity opponents.

In an exciting Super Final, Coppell avenged the JV girls team loss and dominated Azle 54-24, which included a mix of 5A state champs and nationally ranked competitors. Sophomores Bella Malcolm, Aqsa Syeda, and Averie Gonzales show growth with solid pins. Seniors Trinitee Hobbs, Hailey Kennedy, and Fallon Silva remain undefeated this season. "
