On Saturday, the Coppell Cowboys raced at the Marcus Coach T Invitational, competing on the wet and muddy trails at North Lakes Park after storms limited the day’s races. The Varsity Elite boys placed 16th overall, led by junior Diego Morales (16:08) and sophomore Sam Meier (16:12), with strong support from Rohit Kalpathy (16:42), Sidharth Kerthipati (16:50), and Tyler Kim (16:54). In the Varsity Open race, Coppell finished 9th with 288 points and an average team time of 17:22. Both squads showed depth and resilience in a competitive field, continuing to build momentum for the season ahead.
