Michaella Baker is a mathematics teacher and Assistant Girls Basketball and Softball Coach at Coppell High School. Before joining the staff, she volunteered with the Coppell softball program during the 2025–26 season.

Baker earned a degree in Education from The University of Texas Permian Basin, where she and her younger brother were student-athletes together for a year. A Coppell graduate, she is excited to give back to a program that meant so much to her. Her coaching philosophy centers on confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork, and adaptability. Outside school, she enjoys crafting custom wreaths and party gifts.
