Abby Martens serves as the Girls Athletic Coordinator at Coppell Middle School North and has dedicated 18 years to coaching in Coppell ISD. She attended Texas A&M University and the University of North Texas, where she earned a degree in Kinesiology.

Martens believes the greatest reward in coaching is building meaningful relationships and helping student-athletes discover strengths they never knew they possessed. During her career, she has coached multiple athletes who advanced to professional sports, including Olympic gold medalist Chiaka Ogbogu and NFL player Solomon Thomas.
