Coach Andrew Wagner enters his 12th year at Coppell. He currently serves as the District Coordinator and East Campus Coordinator. Coach Wagner brings 12 total years of coaching experience. An impressive track of success, Coach Wagner posts 7th and 8th grade Middle School District Champions. 

As an athlete, Coach Wagner played Football and Basketball at Keller High School with tremendous accolades including All district basketball. He went on to University of North Texas earning a Kinesiology degree.

Away from coaching, Coach Wagner enjoys Golf and fun fact, he Served in the United States Navy. His favorite quote, “Iron Sharpens Iron”

CISD Athletics is filled with coaches that care. When asked “Why you coach”, Coach Wagner responded “I coach to build relationships and make an impact in every athlete that comes through the program.  Coaching to me is not about income but about outcome.  Kids will not always remember what you tell them but they will always remember how you made them feel while they played for you.”
