Coach Casey Johnson enters his 1st year at Coppell. He currently serves as the Baseball assistant Coach. Coach Johnson brings 8 total years of coaching experience. His past coaching experience includes  Irving Nimitz, Assistant Coach.

As an athlete, Coach Johnson played Baseball at Mesquite HS with tremendous accolades including All State Outfield. He went on to play outfield at University of Oklahoma, earning a Multidisciplinary Studies degree.

Away from coaching, Coach Johnson enjoys Baseball and fun fact, he is easily entertained. His favorite quote, “If you're not first you're last”

CISD Athletics is filled with coaches that care. When asked “Why you coach”, Coach Johnson responded “Passionate about bettering the lives of kids.”
