Lindsay Schultz
Coach Lindsay Schultz enters her 2nd year at Coppell. She currently serves as the Assistant Swim Coach and Aquatic Science Teacher. Coach Schultz brings 8 total years of coaching experience. Her past coaching experience includes Masters' Coach at Lifetime Fitness, NTN North Texas Nadadores, and LAC (Lakeside Aquatic Club. An impressive track of success, Coach Schultz has coached multiple National-level swimmers in club swimming and was able to send 9 swimmers to Texas UIL State Meet during the first year working at Coppell.
As an athlete, Coach Schultz was a Swimmer - sprint freestyler with tremendous accolades including Multiple State qualifications for individual events and relays, All-American, and ranked among top 3 high school swim/dive teams in the nation for junior and senior year of high school. She went on to swim at University of Houston and University of Kentucky earning her degree from University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) in Biology.
Away from coaching, Coach Schultz enjoys Hiking and fun fact, she can speak High Valyrian.
CISD Athletics is filled with coaches that care. When asked “Why you coach”, Coach Schultz responded “I want to instill the love and passion for the sport of swimming into my athletes, and help them find the fun in whatever they do.”
