Coach Tyler Jones enters his 1st year at Coppell. Coach Jones brings 4 total years of coaching experience. His past coaching experience includes Godley HS Quarterbacks (2019-2021). 

As an athlete, Coach Jones played at Stephenville HS  as Football QB, Basketball Guard, and Track. He went on to play Quarterback at Texas State University earning a Nutrition and Consumer Science degree. 

Away from coaching, Coach Jones enjoys time with his daughter and he loves fishing and camping. 

CISD Athletics is filled with coaches that care. When asked “Why you coach”, Coach Jones responded “I coach to cultivate relationships with players and teach them so that they are prepared for future endeavors.”
