Willis Tran serves as an Assistant Girls Basketball Coach and teaches Social Studies at Coppell High School. His work with the Cowgirls includes player development, strength preparation, and coaching the junior varsity program.

Tran was part of the staff that guided Coppell to a 38-3 record and the 2023 UIL Class 6A State Semifinal. Players credit his offseason strength program—known within the program as “Camp Tran”—with helping them become stronger and more confident competitors. His steady work behind the scenes supports athletes as they prepare for the demands of varsity basketball.
