Allen Oh
Coach Allen Oh enters his 5th year at Coppell. He currently serves as the Math Teacher/Football/Track Asst. Coach Oh brings 16 total years of coaching experience. His past coaching experience includes Owasso High School (OK) - Freshman Coach; Krum High School Offensive Coordinator/Head Football Athletic Director. An impressive track of success, Coach Oh posts multiple Playoffs runs; Regional Semifinals; District Championships; and Multiple Players Coached at next level.
As an athlete, Coach Oh played Football (Offensive Line), Powerlifting, Track (Shotput and Discus) at Coppell High School with tremendous accolades including First team all district center and Academic All state. He went on to play football defensive line at Oklahoma State University earning a Nutritional Sciences degree followed by Educational Leadership masters degree.
Away from coaching, Coach Oh enjoys Video Games and fun fact, he listens to all kinds of music-the most random playlist ever. His favorite quote, “Nobody Cares. Work Harder.”
CISD Athletics is filled with coaches that care. When asked “Why you coach”, Coach Oh responded “To mentor and develop young men and women to be successful through life lessons learned in athletics. Athletics is the ultimate life coach.”
